Ken Malmstrom has worked with many expectant mothers over his 15 year career and has an in depth
understanding of your special needs during pregnancy. But the journey doesn't end when you give birth, it
just begins.
After childbirth your body's needs change again. Your muscles
need to be retrained to regain your pre-pregnancy figure or
better, and you're definitely going to need to increase your
energy levels to keep up with your new baby.
